Whattup Folks!
It's been a long long time. I've been taking a bit of a sabbatical since I released the website. It's been a hectic part of my life. One summer month in Seattle, MEChA Nationals, working with SCE (I love yall), then moving into my new place, and now I'm at Mills College kicking it with my twin sister. It's beautiful out here on the WESSSSST COAST. It's HELLA hot out here, but I'm realizing I fucks with the dry heat hella harder than an atmosphere that feels like its wrapping your hot body in moldy blankets. Dry Heat, another reason the West Coast goes harder.

So yo, I'm kicking it at Mills, waiting for my sister to get done taking a class picture and I start hearing this chant my sister taught me. Strong Womyn! Proud Womyn! All Womyn! Mills Womyn! and I'm sitting there going, "OH SNAP! THAT SHIT SPELLS SPAM!" Too bad I'm a vegetarian! Bye-bye all my years of childhood fried rice.

After the picture, we had two goals: student of color reception and Taco Tuesday. [I'm still trying to figure out if it would of been racist to combine the two... eh?] I feel blessed to have heard hella beautiful speakers celebrate the rich history of womyn of color [and allies] on the Mills campus. 99% of everything was dope. Thank you Aussie for inviting me to your campus to share these moments with you. Mills is hands down the safest college environment I've ever been too. Everyone is talking about race [/oppression]. What a concept Wisconsin.
