I was kicking it with the homie Korim yesterday, just boxing in gangjalo and enjoying a beautiful night when he started playing some old school Sciryl, and he was going the hell in. And, I was talking to Korim about how a lot of the stuff I was finna release soon was on some old shit. I decided to just say fuck it! I'm releasing the old shit. Speaking of Korim/Sciryl. I just want to shout out to San Jose. I've met and had the priveledge to get close to so many young poets out here. BNV 07 has remained one of the best experiences of my life. I remember rolling up with Khatsini Simani, Ronnie "JReyn" Reynolds, and Rose Macalese, and immediately jumping into the cipher. I was blown away by the Austin Team. Now dudes my cuzin and we be kicking it hard daily! Just know, I got stories to tell that start in 07.
